Invite someone
The Forward sites are by invitation. Tech It Forward emails the person a temporary password that works for one hour; at their first login they must choose their own, and Tech It Forward then welcomes them to the movement and all the Forward sites, and emails the admins that they have joined. One login works on every Forward site.
Forward logins
Tech It Forward controls the logins for every Forward site. Invite someone above to add a login; remove one here. The archmage and the login you are using cannot be removed, and only an admin can remove an admin login.

Admin-class password tools. Reset a login to email a 24-hour temporary password it must change, or set a password that works at once. Only the archmage can change the archmage’s password.

Forward site storage
Put a Forward site in storage to take it off the network: its pages, links and request forms are hidden from everyone outside the admin class, and admins can still open it to check it. From storage, restore the site or delete it. A deleted site is gone for everyone, admins included.
